As a member of the Florida High School 7v7 Association we want you to know that we are here to support you in more than 7v7.  

As an added benefit of your 7v7 membership to the Florida High School 7v7 Association we want to help you get the word out to colleges of your talents and skills on the field so that they have all of your information they need to recruit you.  

We have an extensive network of college coaches made up of contacts we have created and relationships we have fostered from our staff members who are also high school coaches and former college coaches. Together as a staff we have over 40 years of coaching and recruiting experience and have seen hundreds of our athletes play college football after their high school careers were finished.  

We have partnered with recruiting industry leader scoutSMART which has huge benefits for FHS7v7A Student Athletes looking to play football in college and their respective high school coaches looking to get their players exposure.  ScoutSMART is a recognized and NCAA approved scouting service which is completely FREE to student athletes and their families.  There are no hidden fees or up-charges.  Colleges across the country at all levels from D1 to NAIA and JUCO subscribe to scoutSMART.  

ScoutSMART is based in Atlanta Georgia and is an analytics based recruiting platform that allows College Coaches to search and view athlete's profiles, including stats, academics, highlight videos, and other pertinent details, along with tracking these athletes from season to season.  ScoutSmart also sends out scheduled updates to College Recruiting Departments across the country highlighting, best performances, top athletes by position, and more.  

The Florida High School 7v7 Association has supported its member athletes and coaches in regard to recruiting through FHS7v7A College Link (@FHS7v7ACollLink) and it will continue to do so in conjunction with scoutSMART.  When you sign up to play 7v7 with the Florida High School 7v7 Association, during the registration process you will enter in data that will then be directly shared with scoutSMART to build your personal profile on their platform and on ours.  From there our athletes will be entered into the scoutSmart FHS7v7A Community Database which will be shared and can be directly accessed by college coaches looking for the top athletes and perfect fits for their programs from across Florida.  High School Coaches can also provide data for their school's student athletes to get them active on the scoutSMART platform.  From there the student athlete, FHS7v7A College Link, and the high school coach will work together to keep data accurate and updated for college coaches to view during their searches.  

The college recruiting process is as competitive as it has ever been.  Between covid-19, the transfer portal, NIL opportunities, and the fact that there are just more student athletes trying to get that elusive college football scholarship,  the Florida High School 7v7 Association is committed to helping it's players and coaches win on the field and in the game of recruiting.  We know that every detail matters in recruiting and we want to help our student athletes and high school coaches gain the edge in recruiting, and that's why it is a perfect match between the FHS7v7A and scoutSMART.  

All current FHS7v7A student athletes from the 2023 off season who have already created a free scoutSMART profile have been added to the FHS7v7A/scoutSMART community database.  If you were a member of the 2023 FHS7v7A Season and have not yet created a profile on scoutSMART please visit the link below and do so.  Once created, your profile will be linked to the FHS7v7A Community on scoutSMART.  If you already have a scoutSMART profile, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND updating your profile with your latest information and data so it can be seen by College Coaches.  High School Coaches of 2024 FHS7v7A Member Teams, share the scoutSMART link with your players and encourage them to create their profile ASAP!  

Our goal is to help you enhance your recruiting efforts and partner with your High School Coach.  We make no outlandish claims or promises about recruiting.  We have our own athletes at our own schools and we know the realities and the "myths" of college football recruiting.

High School Coaches, we are here to help you promote your student athletes.  

High School Coaches can also choose to "opt in" to our video exchange benefit, where we will help you distribute your player highlight videos to colleges across the country.  High School coaches, must "opt in" to activate this benefit, however once again their is No Charge for this benefit.  All communication between the College Coach about your athlete is directed to you, the coach.  We only send the players video's out with you & your player's contact information attached.  We believe it your place to communicate with college coaches about your players, not ours.  We just are wanting to assist you in getting your players film out, that's it.

Coaches, also as a complimentary benefit of being a 7v7 member of the FHS7v7A, we will not only enter your player's information into our college network database and share it with colleges at all levels across the country through our recruiting partners and scouts such as scoutSMART and Dwight Thomas w/XOS Digital Catapult, but we will also create a complimentary recruiting profile for your players on your schools FHS7v7A.com team page.  

We NEVER charge players or parents for recruiting exposure and NEVER will.  This service is completely free and is just an added benefit of the $30 FHS7v7A Membership Fee we have charged for the last 8 years to play 7v7 which covers insurance and 7v7 activities.  

When it comes to recruiting, we want to partner with and help High School Coaches that are committed to helping their student athletes get to the next level.  We don't make outlandish claims or promises.  We have access to a lot of data and access to a lot of colleges who want that data.  Our goal is to "Link" them together.
